CORSHAM Town boss Colin Bush believes his table-topping side will have to rise to a new challenge after watching them crash 3-1 at Welton on Saturday.
For the first time in their history, Corsham are leading the Toolstation League Premier Division and Bush believes the success has brought with it an added problem.
"Teams are raising their game when we play them," he said. "Playing us is their cup final and we have to get used to it.
"It is flattering because we have come from nowhere in recent years but it is a problem we have not had to encounter before."
John Eldred gave Corsham an early lead but a brace from Ricky Briggs and a headed goal from substitute Leon Simpson ended their hopes.
Glenn Armstrong and Simon Grey scored for Calne as they carried out a smash-and-grab job at Willand to win 2-0 while Devizes slipped further into relegation trouble with a 4-0 defeat at bottom-of-the-league Torrington.
In Division One Biddestone beat Clyst 6-0.
