Takeover bid

MR UKIP, aka G Scott, of Okus Road is obsessed with the imaginary dangers of a European take-over.

Look west, young man at the USA intent on building an empire. It has overthrown democratically elected governments in South America and invaded one British island.

It started wars with Cambodia, Korea and now Iraq with lies and has embroiled many countries, including our own, with disastrous outcomes.

Our Prime Minister appears to accept anything the US via Bush throws at us. Why else is everything being privatised except air?

Without the persistence of some MPs and journalists we might never have known that British airfields were used by the CIA in the transfer of prisoners to countries where torture is rife.

Given a choice, I know where my alliance lies, Mr Scott. Do you?
