From the Salisbury Journal, first published Saturday 28th Jan 2006.
GOOD afternoon from a rather cold but sunny Raymond McEnhill Stadium where Salisbury City are about to entertain Team Bath.
The big team news is that manager Nick Holmes once again keeps faith with Robbie Matthews scorer of a hat-trick at Hitchin Town last week with Paul Sales again on the bench.
Matt Holmes (knee) is not among the subs, but should be in contention for Tuesday evening's Errea Cup tie against Cirencester Town.
City team: Kevin Sawyer, Scott Bartlett, Jon Beswetherick, Aaron Cook, Tim Bond, Tommy Widdrington, Wayne Turk, Craig Davis, Robbie Matthews, Matt Tubbs, Alex Haddow. Subs: Regis, Andy Cook, Sales, Wilde, Arthur.
Referee: Mr Marvin Thompson (Northolt).
Team Bath: Giles, Rutter, Maye, Cozic, Coppard, Tillson, Tisdale, Canham (M), Adams, Canham (S), Long. Subs: Blake, Reid, Frost, Townley, Chitty.
Scores/updates to follow.
