So what do you actually do?

work in Nationwide's Press Office, managing the administration processes of the office and also work on local and regional news stories about the work Nationwide has done.

What do you hate most about your job ?

Having only graduated in June 2002, I haven't been working long enough to start to hate anything about it.

Do you think your colleagues like you?

think they do - or at least I hope they do ... why don't you give them a call?

What's the best bit of advice you have ever been given?

"Believe in yourself". If other people do, then why shouldn't you?

What's the best bit of gossip you have ever heard about yourself?

People have said I'm a bit of a media darling . . . why would they ever suggest that?

What job did you want to do when you were young and why?

I wanted to be on the stage ­ in West End Musicals. I have danced since I was four. However, education took the better of me and I went to university instead, although I did perform in last November's Tanwood show at The Wyvern.

If you could have a dream job what would it be?

To be my own personal wedding planner! I'm getting married to my fiance James in September.

Hobbies?

Entertaining and cooking. Having only moved into my first cottage with James in July, my eyes have been opened to the world of entertaining, which includes Delia Smith . . . and wedding planning.

Greatest influence?

My greatest influence is the prospect of success. I'm extremely career minded and driven by obtaining goals... goals which sometimes seem a far way off.
